What We Treat

Every common pest,treated properly.

The species sets the strategy. A wasp nest is a single-visit job - bed bugs and cockroaches almost never are. Knowing which is which is the difference between a clean kill and a complaint six weeks later.

Wasps & Hornets

Same-day nest treatment around lofts, soffits, sheds and play areas. Treated and made safe in a single visit, with the nest removed where access allows.

Bed Bugs

Chemical or heat-treatment programmes (the gold standard for resistant strains). Bedrooms, hotels and HMOs - discreet vans, plain workwear, no neighbours need to know.

Cockroaches

Gel-bait programmes for German and Oriental cockroaches in homes, kitchens and commercial premises. Always run as a monitored multi-visit programme - single sprays don't work.

Ants

Garden, pavement and pharaoh ants. Targeted gel and residual treatments - far more effective than over-the-counter sprays, which scatter the colony rather than killing it.

Fleas

Domestic and post-tenancy flea programmes. Whole-room treatment, host treatment plan and a follow-up visit at the egg-hatch window - the visit most DIY treatments skip.

Moths, Carpet Beetles & Stored-Product Pests

Wardrobe, attic and pantry infestations. Treated, monitored and proofed - particularly important for HMOs, lettings and properties with carpeted lofts.

How We Work

Identify. Treat.Follow up. Sign off.

  1. 01

    Survey & ID

Free on-site (or photo-led) survey. Species confirmed, life-cycle assessed, treatment route written out before we quote.

  2. 02

    Targeted Treatment

Right product for the species - gel, dust, residual spray or heat. Applied to harbourage, not just sprayed at room level.

  3. 03

    Egg-Cycle Follow-Up

Visit two (and three if needed) at the species' hatch window. Without it, the population just resets.

  4. 04

    Proofing & Sign-Off

Entry points sealed where relevant. Written report, treatment record and EHO-ready evidence supplied.

Pairs With

Bird & Wildlife Control

Bird nests and wildlife roosts are also insect-factories - fleas, mites and bird parasites drop into living spaces once the hosts leave. We typically run bird-proofing and insect treatment as a paired job.

FAQ

Insect calls,answered straight.

07834 371759
How quickly can you treat a wasp nest?

Same-day across the Wirral, Liverpool and Cheshire - usually within 2–4 hours of the call. Active wasp and hornet nests around doors, lofts and play areas are treated as priority because the sting risk escalates fast.

Do I need to leave the house for bed bug treatment?

Only briefly. A standard chemical treatment requires 4–6 hours out of the room while it dries and ventilates. A heat treatment (the gold standard for severe infestations) takes a full day, with the room sealed and treated at 56°C+ throughout - no chemicals, but you need to be out for the day.

Will one treatment be enough?

For wasps, ants and most flying insects - yes. For bed bugs, fleas and cockroaches - almost never. These species have egg cycles that survive the first knockdown. A proper programme is two to three visits across 14–28 days, included in the original quote.

Are the chemicals safe for children and pets?

Yes when applied correctly. We use HSE-approved professional products, target application (not fogging open rooms), and give clear written re-entry times. For nurseries, food premises and homes with pets we lead with heat, dust and gel treatments rather than sprays.

Do you treat commercial premises?

Frequently - restaurants, takeaways, retail, offices, gyms and hotels across the North West. We provide EHO-ready paperwork, planned-preventative visit schedules, and out-of-hours treatment for kitchens and customer-facing premises.

What if I'm not sure what insect it is?

Bring us a photo on the call or send one to the office line. Most pests are identifiable from a clear photo of the insect, the damage and the location. If we can't tell from a photo, the free on-site survey will - usually within 24 hours.
